FAQ's

Sorry i have not updated the blog in a while.
I don't have a whole lot to report.
I went in for my OB registration appointment so they drew my blood and everything from that looks good. I am now on anti nausea medicine so my morning sickness is much better and under control. (all i have to say is thank God for Zofran).
Jeremy and i snuck into a room at the hospital to do an ultrasound when i was at 9 weeks to try and see the baby but didn't have any luck, still too little.
I go in a week from today for my 10-12 week appointment so i am hoping to have a picture to post from that.

So i have been getting a lot of the same questions and thought I would post the answers here.
  • What is my due date? May 16th
  • Are we going to find out if it is a boy or girl? HECK YES! I am WAY too much of a planner not to find out. If i could find out today i would!
  • What do we want it to be? At first i really didn't care but Jeremy really wanted a boy so I thought i wanted a boy too. Now that I have been looking at more baby stuff i decided that girl stuff is way cuter so I think i want a girl. Although are both just so excited to have a baby we will be happy no matter what :)
  • Am i showing yet? Nope. i feel bloated and can;t suck my tummy in like i used to be able to, but i am still able to wear almost all my clothes and if you didn't know i was pregnant you probably wouldn't be able to tell.

Disneyland 1/2 Marathon

When we first moved to Oceanside it was right around the time that i finished school and started working at home more so there went both of my excuses for being "too busy" to work out. In order to "motivate" me to work out I signed Jeremy and I up for a 1/2 Marathon. Like most things new, in the beginning I made this whole training schedule and what we needed to do everyday in order to be ready for the big day. Of course that lasted for about a week and by race day the farthest I had ever run was 6 or 7 miles.

With a dubious husband along side me to both of our amazement we finished. Jeremy jsut under 3 hours and me just over 3 hours. Right after the race i thought i was going to DIE and vowed never to do another one, but we have already started talking about next year.
Baby Ramsey ran with us too! We just didn't know it on race day!
